The U of S Bowl Cam project was initiated by Information Technology Services, University of Saskatchewan. The project was implemented by the U of S central webmasters:

The U of S Bowl Cam is an indoor, colour Logitech Quickcam 3000 Pro. It uses Webcam 2002 software that runs on a Compaq 2000 Pentium 166 computer.
